Elgin Energy EsCo Ltd. is seeking to develop a ground mounted solar PV farm with energy storage on land located at Great Roseveth, Tregavethan, Truro, TR4 9ES. 

The development will occupy approximately 3.6 ha of agricultural land and is located approximately 650m southwest of the village of Shortlanesend, 1.6km west of Tregavethan, and 3.5km northwest of Truro. This website has been created as part of the pre-planning process in order to allow for comments and feedback from interested parties before the planning application is submitted.
